Have you thought about lowering with spring caps? They drop 10-15mm and are supposedly easy to fit. I bought some from Dubstop, but didn't end up fitting them as my Diesel Geek sump guard meant I am low enough already... they are only about $40. Mine are for sale too...

I run FK AK streets. non damper adjust so i got a bit of bounce, but it doesnt bother me and i drive a fair bit. have to be mindful of the road surface though which is a bit annoying, but thats any coilover setup unless you want them leaking in 6 months.

my FK's go low. the front is low enough that i wouldnt go any lower and i still got maybe an inch to move, im already grinding my driveshaft away as it is. rears have a bit more to go still and could remove the perch if i wanted, but i like a pretty even look and i drive too much to lower the front anymore (lost the valance once already) -total cost shipped- $440.
Same here, FK AK Streets. Very happy for the money, got them landed for $418 to my door! They were on special for £170 at DPM, here is their Bora page:

Thought of a new front swaybar? Might be a cheaper option than replacing the driveshaft.

Yea its an option. .I raised it enough that I only grind on very hard cornering or massive dips like the end of the eastern freeway. Would have to look into the cheapest option that will help. Also recall people flipping sway bars.. need to do some research about it.
