    Clutch Upgrade?

Hi everyone, My clutch is slipping once it hits boost, i only replaced it a year ago, I admit i didn't treat it too nice but i was wondering if there is any simple bolt on upgrade like an S3 clutch? I think i heard that you can fit a V6 4motion clutch and flywheel but risk getting vibration because it's not dual mass? Suggestions?? Oh and its a 2000 MK4 GTI.

S3 and 4 motion is an entirely different set up. The accepted upgrade is a solid flywheel and VR6 clutch kit or some variation on that theme.

Do a search on ECS and see what comes up.

Yeah simply 6speed is an 02M and the 5 speed is 02a or 02J, clutch release bearing set up is different and the clutch is different.

I thought you were making the statement Trent..

I knew the S3/R32 were different but not what the story was with the 6 speed 2wd.
