    Chipped agu spark plug

Hi people.I know this has been covered but just after some real time advice on plugs for my 1.8t.
Had Revo stage 1 for a couple of months.Checked my stock bosch (3 prongs) plugs and they could probably do with a change. Are the NGK plugs as good as the vw / audi branded bosch plugs in the car at the moment and if so do I go the BKUR6ET or the one step colder BKUR7ET.Car has revo ecu flash but no other mods. Also are the NGK 3 pronged and does it make any difference to standard plugs.Do the NGK need to be gapped and how many miles can I expect out of them.
Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated

if your car is chipped I'd recommend NGK BKR7E or PFR7B (platinum plug version). I've got the PFR7B ready 2 be installed at my next service.

I too would recommend the bkr7e's I have them in my chipped gti (gapped at 28 thou) and love them, they don't last very long however (circa 15000 kms) but at $5 each and a 20 minute install job I don't mind.

I'm running BKUR6ET's atm as recommended by NGK. Runs perfect, but I'd like to try the colder 7 as alot of yanks recommend. Same revo tune.

The Platinum plugs a bit more expensive but last u about 60k think it may work out cheaper in the long run than buying the cheaper plugs
