I'd also like to pose the question of how much one of you guys would pay for a set of used oem roof racks? I'm looking at a set and don't have a clue what they're worth.

If someone can also point me in the right direction for 15mm bolt on spacers for my front wheels it will be of great help to me.

Hey man awesome build! For the spacers would you like them to be hub centric or lug centric? there's heaps on ebay from reputable sellers going for around the $100 mark for a pair. Or you can get it made custom like I did to fit my bbs reps, they cost about 180 for a pair including bolts so that could be another possibility for you!

Thanks Teehee! Id prefer hub-centric bolt-on, so i can match my 25mm rears. i can get another set of 25mm spacers off my mate but im afraid they wont fit. When i get some spare time ill see how one of them goes on the front but ill more than likely be disappointed. Which is why im looking at 15mm. Ive seen a fair few on ebay, but arent to fit vw. Theres a set with a 56cb and m12x1.25 bolts, or 54cb and m12x1.5bolts, but not one that has a 57.1cb, and m12x1.5 bolts which is what i need.
$180 is a little bit much for what i want to spend but if thats the only option ill have to go with it.

I have a set of brand new ECS 15mm spacers with extended bolts if you want. Never used just bought them to have in case...yours for $140 shipped to your door. Pm me if you want them.

you could always cut corners and get one with a larger centre bore and run hub rings!?

There isnt one on ebay that has a larger cb, well what i could find anyway aha. They're all smaller and wont fit on my hub to start with.
After speaking to and looking at eri_12's post on the wheel thread it looks like ill be able to use a 25mm spacer on the front. So ill have to test it out and go from there Saving money and buying local parts makes things alot easier aha

I got tailed by a cop tonight for a good 5 mins, looked like the end of his shift and was pushing his way through traffic after pulling out of maccas haha
