    Hey Anthony
I ordered it from Solitare Spare Parts up at Mile End.
From memory it was about $9.50 and had to come from Sydney.
I did it over the phone and picked it up a week later.

Not too hard to fix but you just need to manoeuvre a screwdriver into the lock so you can release it, and put the new part in.
Spray some WD40 or oil of some sort in the mechanism so it lubricates the lock and is easier to open.

Do you think its worth going for coils? or Springs?

    Cheers, Nathan

If you just want noticeable low and a firmer ride go the springs thats what i have nut im scrapping in carparks so if you want to go all out static fitment get coils

This is my car with a 30mm drop(eibach pro kit)

This is with a 50mm drop (h&r race)

And this is with kw v1s

I vote coilovers, the ride is no harsher than with springs and you can get it to sit how you want. I always had a little reverse rake with the h&rs and I hated it.

its always best to get springs AND shocks together (cup kit) I have found this was more expensive then coilovers. so why not get coils to have the added bonus of height adjustment

as dyl said.. if you just get springs, then your shocks dont match and you're left with a less than impressive ride. Im running FK streets, you can land them new for just over 400 bucks from the uk.

    Thanks Heaps again Guys!
Im thinking a 35 - 40mm drop but if i get coils ill go for what i like, Especially with my driveway being a pain for any car to go up. Both my parents struggle to get up it with their cars being lowered 35 and 40mm (XR6 and SP23).

It's now making me want to go for the FK Streetlines from ECS
    For $439 i don't think i can go wrong
But the $245 shipping rate is what puts me off being $684 in total.
I heard Dub Addiction in Melbourne is now allied with ECS and can get better rates, so i might speak to them when i get my funds together!
What other sites can i purchase cheap coils that people have had experience with?
KW V1's are double my price range haha, so under 500 delivered would be perfect!

    Cheers, Nathan

JOM coilovers are around that price plus you get to adjust the hight, but in saying that you get a harsher ride
