Jaydnisevil, I have Custom Code flashed my Bora 4mo and with a K&N Panel filter fitted, it dyno'ed a 127fwkw which I was very impressed about, given a Mk4 R32 owner recently posted a mid 130's kw run.

I am concerned that the H&R website says they only offer springs and swaybars for the 4motion.
Word of caution - the Bora 4mo was never sold in the US, so stay away from any of the Bora listed coilover, strut/coil kits or swaybars. Those will only suit FWD boras like our 2.0L and V5 models. If you are hunting prices/kits from US sites then always refer to either Mk4 R32 or Audi Mk 1 TT quattro..

Thanks for all your help guys, much appreciated.
How did you dyno 127 fwkw when its an AWD car? lol
I am interested in purchasing a reflash after I have the suspension sorted

Yea I figured as such, so we have the same suspension setup as the R32 and TTQ?

Ohh and does anybody know what rims these are?
They dont like quite like the sport rims.

Quite easy, drive the car on a 4WD dyno and discover your Haldex Controller is F'ed Another way is to remove the appropriate Relay under the bonnet...

They are something of a Audi RS6 / S-line rim. I almost got a set for my Bora last year, theres a Tyre shop in Richmond, Vic that stocks them.. they have a store on eBay and yes, they are available in 5x100!

Haha It sounds expensive, I just dont see the point of removing the relay..Its not giving you a realistic value

    Cheers thanks!
I was thinking those or RS4 rims

The haldex system by it's nature doesn't dyno well. It's essentially FWD and transmits power to the back when slip is detected at the front. This makes for odd readings on a lot of 4wd dynos. Pulling the haldex fuse is quick way of disabling it. You need to have a way of clearing the faults codes it will create.

Its depressing, there is only 1 bora for sale under 100,000kms for sale in VIC.. And its side bolster has been molested by some fatty...

Not always the worst thing to be over 100,000k's, if its under, you're more than likely going to need to do the timing belt, and on these cars, really not a cheap endeavour.

The Weitecs are a good kit, I've just ordered a set of weitec coilovers from the UK for my gti.

As far as I'm aware the V6 and the V5 both have timing chains not belts. The service manual for my v5 says only to inspect the chain every 60,000kms, no replacement is mentioned in any of the service intervals and my mechanic told me it doesnt need replacing unless it becomes noisy
