I prefer something in between, a nice clean exterior with a bit of poke added underneath the skin to keep the Holden Ute boys around here honest
Dub Toffee sold me a nice base to start from
that is exactly what I'm going for .. not too low .. nice wheel .. decent coilovers .. exhaust , intake .. then finally HGP turbo kit in a year or two ..

My Oettinger rims are from that red Bora. I bought them off the guy 9 or 10 months ago and his car had been for sale for a few months at least already at that point.

It is a super clean car, really so much better than it looks in the photos. If I remember correctly he told me he had big plans for it including a Bora R front bumper (the rear bumper is a Bora R rep) and all sorts of mods but then he got a motorbike of some sort and got a bit diverted from the Bora. His opinion is that he has one of the nicest Boras around and he isn't planning to take any less than $13,500 for it so it sits undriven until he sells it.

It's a really nice Bora but I think he'll be waiting another 10 years for 4motion Boras to be recognised as a modern classic before he gets more than $11,000 for it.

    Hi Golf-Sam,

Did you end up looking at that silver Bora in Victoria?

Thinking of heading over there myself.
