Bora V5 Lowering ideas

Hey all, looking for some ideas to lower my 2001 Bora V5, i aiming to not loose any grip to the road and turning ability (being front wheel drive).
Any suggestions?

if you dont want to loose any grip or turning ability lowering isnt for you.
look at upgrading bushes, tyres, sway bars and some firmer struts and springs

quality coil over (KW,Bilstein etc) or spring and shock combo's(Bilstein, H&R etc) are your answer if you do want to go lower
