    Bora door lock, help!

Hey all im in need of some assistance, im in the middle of replacing my whole door lock mechanism on the rear drivers side door. I have taken the window off the rails and removed the metal plate.. I have undone the 2 spline screws that hold the lock in and am now confused as to how to get the exterior door handle off so i can finally pull the whole unit out. I believe this is my last step and i have read up on it so many times and alot of the time people have said there is a torx screw in one of the grommets that needs to be taken out but i cannot determine where this is at all.. If anyone has the knowledge to help me out or send me in the right direction that would be much appreciated!
    Thanks!

Have you disconnected the cable that connects the lock mechanism to the external door handle?

From memory you may not need to do step 1 for the rear doors but I could be wrong.

you WILL need to remove the black rectangley bit from the handle. It slides outward and is connected to the lock via the thin cable.

thanks alot for that! Helps me understand now what im actually trying to get at haha. With the first step there is no bolt to loosen so would i need to somehow wedge the piece out or would there be another way?

If there is not torx screw it should just come out, try holding the door handle and using a trim remover tool to pull it out

Pretty much! Pull on the door handle to expose the rectangle bit (yellow arrow on 2nd pic) and then slide it outwards. Maybe a scribe or something slim to get in there and release the piece.
