Bora boot help!!

Hi all
I've got a problem with my bora's boot not opening. It unlocks fine (with key and remote) but when I try to open it with the handle/button, I hear a faint clicking sound but not the actuator? Releasing things?...
I can obviously get into the boot via the back seats, but am away ATM so would be great to be able to use the boot properly.
Can anyone tell me where to find the 'emergency boot release' inside the boot, and also what I might need to fix this problem (parts, tools etc).

seems like my boot.put the key in and turn to the left firmly and it might open
boras have a plastic bit inside the boot that snap off the part that activates the opener internally its a vw phuck up.

Thanks for that, I gave it a try but I think I'll break my key if I try to turn it any further.
