Bash plate to protect your sump!

Hey guys

So I've been in talks with Fabulous Fabrications in Ipswich, QLD about making a custom bash plate for my Bora 4mo. Seems how low the sump sits and the many unfortunate stories I've heard, I've decided it's a necessity when lowering my car.

I'm going to be heading out to see them in a week or two so we can get started on the design and fitment etc.
I mentioned there might be some interest in other MK4 owners buying one? So wanted to start this thread to see who is keen for one. The more people who are added to the order, the cheaper it'll be.

As it is, I'm predicting around the $150 mark based off other bash plates for jap cars, but I won't know exact cost until I get my car sized up.

Will have to confirm if the under carriage of a V6 is different from the 4/5cyl mk4's?

I'll try get the ball rolling in the coming week and have a finished product to test fit to my car and negotiate a price.

Should be able to get it cheap if say 10 people want one? See what happens

These come standard on old Saab 900s. Fitted a couple to audis back in the day. Just saying in case anyone wants a budget option. Whichever one you get it will still require mounting to the car, that is the hard bit.
