I was really surprised. The mount really changed the way the car feels; its noticeable, I can really feel an improvement in the way the engine's torque is delivered to the wheels. Shifting through gears feels great. Its hard to explain but when you accelerate the power transfer is simply faster. There doesn't seem to be a hell of a lot of vibration either which again I was surprised about. A much better mod for the drivability than you would initially think. I'm glad I was able to get on board. Thanks again for the heads up.

    Great im now really happy.

i bought the energy mounts for my A3 which were rated at 70a yes it transformed the car but the vibrations did my head in. Now with what you have said i am really happy as this will make the TT even more fun to drive

Finally got mine last night and fitted it straight away! Hard to explain, but gear changes seem crisper now. Power delivery seems to be more urgent, whereas as previously it was kind of vague. The diffference is not huge, but when giving it a bit of schtick through some twisties the drivetrain seems quite a bit more lively than it did before. I don't think it has made the car faster, but it is definitely more engaging through rapid gear changes, and there is zero increase in vibration. A good mod for the price, cheers Costa!

Picked mine up from the post office today. It's a lot bigger than I expected but it feels pretty damn stiff.
I've also got the gearbox and engine mounts as well. They're also bigger than I expected and feel pretty stiff.
No idea when I'm going to have time to have these installed as work is absolutely flat out for the next few months and I'm starting to early to drop the car off at the same time.
Will probably wait a bit longer and organise a whole heap of things at once.
    Thanks again Costa.
    Cheers,
    Trent

Yeah my plan is probably save a bit more buy a Haldex and organise a skid plate as well. Then get all of those plus the mounts and my S3 lower tie bar installed at the same time.

    S3 Lower tie bar?

Does my TT have the same?

Would have thought the R32 would of had the same?

Yeah it fits on all MkIVs and similar chasis's. As far as I know though only the 8L S3 has one, but I could be wrong there.
Tie bar Part number is: 8N0199403B
    Nutset Part Number is: N10467901
I've attached the installation jpeg as well. The only problem with installation is that it uses M10 size nutsets which require a hydraulic nutset installation tool. M10 is too large to use a hand tool.
