Anyone for a dog bone mount? These suit Mk4 Golf inluding Bora and R32!

I am looking at getting these dog bone mounts that dont cos problems like the other dog bone mounts.

These are only rated at 50a durometer where as the rest that cause annoying vibrations are at 70+.

They are only 25% stiffer than oem which is great,

These suit Mk4 Golf, Audi TT/S3, and R32.

Here you can read about them:

They will cost only around $100 each shipped to Sydney

Let me know if your interested as im buying getting them for the TT.

I'm interested in getting a set for the R. Still unsure which stiffness I want. Do we know what % increase in stiffness the VF Engineering mounts give approximately?

Also give quozl a PM as he was interested in these mounts as well. If we can get a bit of a group buy thing happening then hopefully we can get a pretty good discount.

    Cheers,
    Trent

Hmm and Al's car which I've driven has the VF mounts at the moment and I didn't think it was too bad. Stiff and a bit bumpy yes but the rollcage and race setup would've contributed to this as well.
I was leaning towards the track ones anyway and if there just as stiff as the VF then that won't be an issue for me.

this chart here shows some of the durometers of the different brands of mounts.

    http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3226110

It lists the OEM VW ones at 50a though? so not sure on the accuracy. The BFI ones induce some vibration at 65a

apparently the OEM ones are 40 - 45a and these are 25% stiffer than stock so at 50a these are the best compromise.

Anyways $100 (+ or - on AUD) shipped is the GB price there are 8 spots left so be quick!
