    Cool Air ride suspension

Does anyone know where in Aus they would offer an air ride suspension kit for the Bora? I see on U-tube the guys in the states have them. Is it legal in Aus?

I believe it is legal if you get it engineered which costs $$$.
You would be able to find parts on ecstuning for it.

Air ride suspensions can be made legal by engineering them, as mentioned above. Basically the ride height should not be able to be adjusted whilst driving. You'd have to contact your local RTA engineer for the specifics.

Airlift and Bagyad are two names that spring to mind.

Unless you've got 4-5K spare, dont even bother looking. (and that's provided you install it yourself!)

as per jarred. 4.5k$ up for a decent setup that can be engineered. that's installing yourself + getting it passed.
ECS do kits for like 2k, but they wont be able to be engineered in AUS.

James cloke tubular suspension in Mt Kuring-Gai in Sydney is a pretty popular bloke. He deals with accuair and a lot of other popular companies.

As for a price run down - bagged my mates Vy SS ute. It costed around 4.5k for the parts. It's all accuair e-level management. And on top of that it was about 1.1k to get it engineered.
