A complete second-hand rear-end out of one of these is bound to be a hell of a lot cheaper than that.

Shouldn't be too hard to find a good one. Failure rate in the GenIV Haldex is fairly low.

Ive done a few Haldex swaps but they were driven till they died, there is normally plenty tell tail signs and mostly due to bad controllers. I have a full diff set up in my shop left over from a good guy with a Bora, I swapped his out with a low k TT one, im sure the coupling, clutches are all good but it would need a controller. If you are keen I can ask what he wants for it?

    Hey Jmac,

Where abouts are you based? Be keen to know what it would cost for it. The dealer told me the product id I need is 0AV525010K.

    Cheers
