adjust kilometres reading!! i have been approached by a guy telling me he can do it

just recently i have been approached by a guy saying he can set back my kilometeres Via OBD Diagnostic plug (flat pink or white colour , 2 rows of pins, under steering column)- plug and play.

was just wondering if any 1 else has heard of this.. or has anybody done it??

It's illegal and perhaps you should ask yourself, would you want to buy a car that had had this done?
