I would be keen too, except does the pad sit on top of the "cup" or does it screw into the jack?

Tis what I was wondering. It looks like it sits over the stock cup to me.

It sits over the stock pad on the floor jack and has a recess in the base of the pad to accomodate the floor jack plate. I have had no issues with the pad moving while the car has been jacked up, though on my floor jack the cup isn't a cup it is a flat plate so the recess on the pad fits around it perfectly.
