From chatting to him the first time (prob mid last year). He approached me as he saw my car. Started talking about having one and love it in stock form, but he didnt drive it much. I didnt beleive that he owned one at first until I saw it the day after.

I scoped it out quickly. .:R is bone stock. From memory did mentioned that he was the 2nd owner and rarely driven. Hardly ever see it on the road.

If you happen to be in Syd, give me a bell and we can meet up with guy as his close to where I am.

    Does anyone know this R32?

So my Audi is finally gone and im looking at getting myself into a Mk4 R32. Im really not wanting to spend that much at the moment from what i was orignally looking at spending. Ive spotted 2 that are in the limits.

There is this black one in Qld, which seems clean but i would request more pics and service docs to verify. The only thing is the kms seem a bit high, but after speaking to a few people i was told if its got a good history and in good condition it should be fine. Would also try to get a bit more off the price too as i am going to have to re-register and drive back. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/...tt=r32&trecs=9

Or there is this blue one, the guy says he wont go lower than $28,000 and it has lower kms and i still would have to re-register and drive it back so it would be almost a 30K deal......not sooooo keen.

Just seeing if anyone knows these cars and what their opinions are.

    cheers

Think you'll find the black one has gone to a fellow forum member.
Blue one as far as I know is still available.

Yea i spoke to the owner of the blue one. I asked him to send me some more pictures of the car close up interior shots and anything i cant see from the pictures. He seemed like a nice guy, knew alot about the car. Said he dropped the price and was just sick of people wasting his time and just wanting to drive the car....

Im actually a bit confused as to what a fair price is on one of these cars i see it ranges from 26,000 to 36,500 (i think) which to me seems far to expensive....but who am i to judge.

Oh really, do you think you could pass on those pictures to me? Yeaah, i think $27,000 is a good price for it. The average R32, being 6 years old with the best part of 90,000 or 100,000kms id say would be worth around 25 or 26. But then again, that's just what i would value them at, others would happily pay more.
