Is it in the downpipe or the manifold?

Yer that looks like the same shape. The second sensor is in the cat. Probaly about 250-300 mm behind the first one. Whats the difference from a ko3 and a ko3s??

They'll flow more air = more power when chipped. You could expect to see 15 extra hp from a K03s over a K03.

I will withdraw my earlier comment then, you need to check on software if you intend to do anything with the cat.

I can do it if you send me the ECU for just under a $1000. There's tuners local to you in Brissy as well. Have a look through the ECU and tuning section.
