    18x8.5 35 rims

Hi all, I read the wheel Q&A thread and I'm still confused about whether the Rota fighter 18x8.5 35mm rims will fit on my mk4 golf, stud pattern is fine, car has been lowered 35mm with springs only.

    Thanks

My mk4 eats up 18x9 +36 so I imagine you will be right.

I'm running 8.5 @ +30 and have only a smidge of clearance on the inside, so I guess it depends on how thick your struts are

They should fit fine, you might need to spacer them 5mm or so to clear coilovers (if you are running them).
I'm running 18x9 et20 front and back and they are fine

I'm running the exact specs in question with no spacers
    18x8.5 ET35 front 235/40/18
    18x9.5 ET40 rear 265/35/18

He should have MORE inner clearance since he's only running drop springs and not coilovers...

That's a good effort, I spaced the front 15mm (was originally et35) and it just clears on mine.

And sorry didn't see the part about the springs there
