1.6 Timing belt, tensioner etc HELP PLEASE!

So I did a search and can't seem to find the details on the timing belt, tensioner and water pump etc for the 1.6 engine, AKL designation.

Could someone please help me out and if you have a cost, that would be handy too.

Ehehe, my timing tensioner is still original @ 114,000

Belt was changed but they forgot about the tensioner -.-
