Hey everyone,
the 1.6L has a very slow coolant leak.. anyway I can test where its leaking? Or know of the main offending parts that cause the leaking?

Look for dry coolant it is a white powder with a pinkish tinge.

Sorry VDUB for not being clear. It is indeed a 1.6L VW Golf GL.
The ole flange leak... I haven't had a chance to look at the engine.. does it look similar to this?

yep thats the one.. just have a look at the bottom edge of it..might need a mirror.. as justcrusin said ...look for dry coolant as your leak is minor...

I had a look at the engine this morning....
I saw something that looked like the below picture.... does anyone have an ETKA diagram for the 1.6L engine?

Image shows a few things which may or may not be applicable, but it appears you can only order the flange as a complete assembly.
