OMG Why would that rocco get a prize? Its the wrong model in every way, and had a massive dent in the side!

It was owned by a close nit VW club vic member.....could have been a factor.

I usually pay my club membership on DOVW each year but since they charged me so much just to park and show(not to enter the show and shine) my car, I've decided not to renew.

I'm just glad i made it there, not bothered about winning, i only entered in the end cos i wanted to make sure i could park with everyone else, but i don't think the rocco was in better condition than mine !

Yeah it was a bummer your car got 2nd but i spose u need VWCV connections to get the trophies and win raffles.

But who cares it was probably the stand out watercooled car of the day IMO and it was funny watching people try and work out what it was...

Yeah, can't believe i never noticed on Saturday night when it went back together. Had no time or tools to adjust it in the morning before leaving either. I'm glad that white Golf parked where he did actually, helped hide it !!
