who knows T4s best in Sydney, need work done

I have searched and a lot of the stuff coming up is old, I have a 93 T4 2.5 petrol manual. It has done the gear selector thingy and I need to take it somewhere that knows these vans. I am in north west sydney.
I want someone I cant trust as I think it will be a regular visitor, seems the shops are either aircooled or modern water. Not sure who knows these older vans well. Any help would be really appreciated.

The gear selector thingy is probably the part on top of the gearbox itself , its not that hard to do yourself if you have a couple of basic skills and tools . Try Camden GTI they are forum sponsors they may help .
