What's behind this vent?

Just wondering whats behind this vent in the boot of my highline t5.1 multivan, and if there would be any concerns obstructing it with a camper bed / kitchen setup?

Another question whilst I'm here, the 12v port there and elsewhere in the van, assume they are rated to about 10a? Enough to run a fridge but not too much more?

It's the motor for the rear seat aircon.

Thought so, if it's just the motor, how critical would air flow be? Maybe i could add a bit of venting in the plastic above when the vent on the side becomes largely covered.
