I followed Sunny43.5's generous instructions and fitted one of those 10" ebay Cree LED light bars in my T5 front bumper (I must confess I ended up paying the auto elec to do the installation work from the supplied pics while he was doing something else and because I am such a poor mechanic). I think I used the same ebay supplier (they had a good rating) but I might have made the mistake of getting greedy and going for the 200w instead of the 120w?
Anyway I am disappointed with the result light wise. While it generates lots of light, it seems to be patchy and not in the places that I want it like where the road is. Almost as if it is spraying the light above the road and to the sides? If that makes any sense.
It's almost like I need to adjust the aiming - but that can't be right?
I'll post some pics as soon as I rejuvenate my bumper as it's current condition is quite embarrassing.
Edit - I got over my embarrassment

I found both ours to be extremely good at lighting up all parts as the centre bank of LED's are spot and the outer are flood . Have a look back on my photos you can see the huge amount of light directly in front of the van it spreads out neatly to brighten the centre of the road . The remaining light is dispersed to the sides and up high . I think you will find its the orientation of the lenses that direct the light the centre ones give horizontal light and the sides more vertical . Naturally the factory lights add to the overall improvement . I drive a few country roads and highways and find the light bar giving much better coverage than the originals on their own . The originals do not show up what's at the side of the road so the light bar picks up the suicidal kangaroos lurking in the bush waiting for an unsuspecting VW to come along and mess up his day . I had a deer step out in front of me some years back and if I had the light bar on then I would have easily seen it eying off my front bumper and bonnet , luckily for me there was no oncoming traffic and was able to swerve at 100 kmh around Rudolph . One of those soiled undies moments , I recall looking back on my dash camera footage when I got home and could hear all the expletives used at that moment , plus I could just see its front leg stepping out from the side of the road .
