It was once explained to me that a great bbq is one where the food cooking time is 2 beers long, anything longer and the tribe gets restless, anything shorter and your thirst isn't quenced enough.

LOL! I flew into Queensland (straight to the Gold Coast) from Manchester in 1977 and thought 'this'll do'. Never left 'cos I was lucky enough to get it right first time.
