vin decode

does anyone have a template or chart to decode the vin on t5's. trying to buy a tdi t5, and half the time, the owners can't tell me what kw engine or option their's have.
also, is 20k too much for a 05 tdi 128kw lwb manual with 95k on the clock? this particular van is in immaculate condition, and has not a single scratch or scuff mark. the only thing i can find wrong is 2 bald tyres and a rattle under the dash when cruising. only mods are the rear being carpeted and lined.

Look in Skoda Octavia section there is a stickie with the decoder. Easy to find.
