    Variable rate springs for T5

Hopefully someone can help me find a supplier, that is if they exist.
I am after a pair of front springs for my 2008 T5
I already have a 35mm lift constant rate springs fitted and the ride is just rediculous.

So my kindeys still work i would to change them for a progressive spring but keep the height.

I have read that these are available for lowered vehicles but does anyone know of a manufacturer that does a lifted version?

Kmac used to specialise in variable rate springs. They are in Rockdale, NSW.

I'm not a fan of variable rate & would be more inclined to find out the OEM spring rate & your spring rate of the current units & aim for somewhere in between or even a raised spring with the OEM rate

    thanks Brad
After a bit of research i'm thinking exactly the same as you suggest.
Dobinsons springs were really helpful. They make a lifted 35mm spring at 332lb. They list standard at 330 ish (cant quite remember)
King Springs also got back to me with thiers at 335 for hd lift and say they are 30% heavier than standard. This would make standard 253lb. Which is lower than what i would have thought.
I'm going to enquire if they can make a custom one for me at 35mm lift and 300lb. I think this will still handle well given i have bilstein shocks. They will cost around $300 buck plus freight and i think its worth a try. I can always put it back the way it is now.
