T6 Suspension Change - Thinking KYB

I've still got the original struts and rear shocks and my T6 has 290+k km. It's getting pretty bouncy.

I'm thinking about KYB replacements, I don't need anything fancy, just something OEM equivalent or better.

    Questions are as follows:

What's access like to the top of the strut towers? I've started watching a YouTube vid and there seems to be some dismantling required to get to the strut tops? Also this video wants to remove brakes and punch axles out etc., Can't I just remove and replace the strut assembly complete without dismantling the whole upright assembly? I have spring compressors.

Also, with rear shocks do the new shocks come with new mounting bolts?

    Cheers,

    Tony

Not sure if the T6 is much different to the T5.1 but if its the same then the rears are easy to do , with ours the original bolts were reused with no problems still going 12 years on . The fronts are a bit of faffing around , I never removed the axles just left all that attached to the disc hubs . Top access is a fiddly bit as you may need to remove wipers and the front cover to get access to the top bolt . the worst part is actually removing the lower part of the strut where its clamped as you may need to tap it out with a hammer .
