Always recall the day I lost the indicators & lights in my 07 Multivan - fortunately daytime. Nothing to go on so I pulled & reseated every freaken fuse I could find & the problem went away. That was around 5 years ago.

Now & again I wonder what the actual issue was.

Well, I solved the problem today.
VW service centre said that VW do not provide a diagram as people were stuffing around with them and causing problems. I think that is a real cop out by VW. They said they locate the faulty fuse using a light tester. He thought it was a 10a fuse and the larger size.
I had my multimeter with me so tested with the audible continuity setting on the top of each fuse. First run through they all seemed good but one fuse had mad a slightly different sound. When I checked this fuse the reading was not 1 so realized this was possibly the problem. This was the 7.5a fuse at the bottom so not easily accessed. Changed it and problem solved.
    So Transporter, good call.
I will post a pic of the fuse box tomorrow.

No charge, it was a 1 minute conversation to point me in the vaguely the right direction.

Love the cars/vans the VW group are making but I think they have an attitude problem to their consumer.

I had to buy a car for my wife at Christmas and ended up with a Skoda based on best car and plenty of space (tall family). When reading John Cadogen's reviews, he says don't buy any VW group car just because they have the wrong attitude to their consumers. lol.
