As I recall when I researched this, the load rating must be equal or better than the original tyres, but the speed rating can be one or two rates lower than the originals, in which T speed rated tyres are okay replacements for H rated tyres. Ss aren't.
I’d say that the speed rating must be at least equal or higher the the vehicle max. speed.
Though, most likely, in the size that can be fitted to the Transporter all today manufactured tyres exceed that.

I would say way too aggressive! Maybe illegally so. An 8" rim's stock offset is ET52 I think?
