T5 headlight upgrade?

I have a 2006 T5 van. Has anyone upgraded the standard headlights to either the multivan lights or any after market lights? And if so what was involved, wiring & cost? Did they make a difference? I have tried new globes which made little difference.

I've got a set of aftermarket Audi LED style projector headlights and fitted a HID kit and it is great. Not sure if you can buy RHD projectors but I got LHD ones and converted the projector to suit RHD. Total cost was about $750

Where were these puchased from and was it difficult to convert to RHD?

I got them from a crowd in Germany I'd have to search their details. But the conversion involves completely splitting the headlight open and quite a lot of Dremel work and metal putty. I'd not do it again.

Just had a look on Ebay, there is a company called Mars that sell some aftermarket lights to suit the T5.($500) They have only sold 2 pairs. Not sure of the quality. Anyone know of these?

Yes i have a set on my T5 look great just need to upgrade bulbs, you need to strip down the front bumper to replace the lights as the bottom screws are hidden under the bumper. nopt a bad upgrade price as 1 OEM cost more than a pair of upgrades.
