T5 Drivers Door Windows & Mirrors Switches not working

From previous posts I’ve since resolved the drivers door wiring loom and window motor issue.
After finding the correct loom and window motor and fitting them, everything worked perfectly. Briefly.

The clip for the lock actuator was broken so I replaced it from one of the other wiring looms I’ve accumulated trying to resolve the window issue.

Since then, the windows and mirrors switches have stopped working.

However I can wind down and up the windows using the key in the drivers door. So it’s not window motor.

I’ve also checked the brown wires in the drivers door loom where it joins 2 into 1. Those connections look good.

I’m at a complete loss for what else to check.

Is there a fuse or relay just for the switches? If yes how do I find it?

    Thanks all.

If the window is going up and down with the key, that's good. It means the power and ground are good for the door module.

Check the connection between it and the door switches; check out the pinouts here, page 95 Volkswagen Transporter T5 (7H) - Wiring Diagrams -vw-t5-2003-wiring-diagrams-eng.pdf J386 and E40 E81

Does the lock door button still work?

    Thanks Mig!!

The link within your link doesn’t seem to work for me. Is there another way to access it?

My van doesn’t actually have the lock/unlock buttons on the door.

No lock/unlock button where the power window switch is?

Correct. Not sure why. Extra poverty pack? It’s a 2004 T5.

Check under the drivers seat , there were issues with several plug in points growing their own sort of plant life . We found ours nice and growing so some cleaner and contact spray and doors worked again . Never had the problem since.

I’ve tried that but still no luck.
