Ive seen that people have fitted OZ Rally Raids with the same offset and sized rim and no issues.

yes these give the perfect poke, so sit flush to the guard very nicely.

Most aftermarket amarok wheels are et35. the steel fake beadlocks are et 20. just wondering how much they stick out.

Et30 is the perfect fitment.
This is a photo of my et30 wheels with 245/65r17 tyres

In some states those fronts might be pushing the limit as they almost protrude past the body . Its not clear from the photo at that angle though .
