Thanks for the pics hoddy - looks a good job - solid, priced rght and a must-have for a 4Motion I think. I will follow up with Veh Quip.

Also the water tank looks a good fit and nicely tucked up out of harms way.

Gee, you T5.2 (T5GP) guys are quick off the mark. I wonder if that guard would fit the original T5 5cyl. Next thing to look at would be a fuel tank guard. I can tell you from experience that it, and its support straps, are vulnerable. Also available from Siekel/Trakka, but even more expensive at $2350. I'm on my third set of straps, and they are quite cheap to replace (about $25), but it would be very inconvenient to actually rip the tank out half way up a gnarly track.

PS, Very interested to hear some reports on how the DSG box works in an off-road situation. That's one of the things I want to assess before deciding on an update, or an upgrade of the current one.

Looks good, mate. They even used the factory bolt holes!

The undertray should fit the T5, too. The front subframe is the same, and I'm pretty sure nothing will foul on it (Ie. sump, transmission).
