T4 Wheels

Hi Guys ............does anybody know if the T5 transporter wheels 17 x 7 will fit on and under a T4 Transporter doublecab.

sorry to burst your bubble champ, but T4 and T5 are different stud pattern.
T5 is 5x120

Thats right, they will fit under but won't bolt up.VW keep changing pcd just to annoy us,they must have a Japanese exchange engineer helping them out!

Its annoying that T5 wheels are a different pattern. i like the steelies with a half moon cutout. They would look great on a T4.

AU Falcon Mags are the same pattern etc as T4. I have seen one van with em on and it looked good.

Audi Mags are the cheapest and easiest option, but use light truck tyres.

Plenty of LT tyres available in a 16"

I think you'll find that AU rims are 5x114.3pcd.
The way around it is that ford have 12mm bolt holes.
What you do is get the 12mm bolt holes offset drilled to 14mm.
I've seen Territory Steelies fitted to Bay Kombi's this way which are the same pcd as T4.

LT has nothing to do with load rating. It's just a marketing ploy.

Hey Leo, a cobber down here has 19' alloys on his 8'wide, fits ok and look awsome too, i have a set of 20' for my T4, when i can afford tyres i will be putting them on! $400 - $500 per tyre, jeeese

Hi Andy....thanks once again....another thought just entered the brain..

....do U happen to know if any other vehicles have the same stud pattern as the T4....ie: any of the Jap 4x4's ??
