T3 Caravelle seat swivels

Hi ALl, I am the proud owner of a 89 T3 and would like to investigate the possibility of having the front seat swivel and of course lock.
I would like to make the T3 more functional when I am camping.
Does anyone have any experience at this and could point me in some direction to achieving this?

There are several places who do this sort of conversion for semi disabled people , there are swivelling bases that bolt onto the seats BUT I think they may lift the seat up higher than you may like . Someone posted this sort of info a couple of years back on this forum , your question may restore someone's memory on where that info is located .

Just Kampers had some for sale for T4's, maybe they have one for T3's as well. Or try the UK VW sites, lots of options available but freight can be expensive.
