Swop a Multivan Bench Seat for Two Pilots? Anyone know where to buy pilot seat?

    Hi,

I've a bench seat for a multivan which I've removed from new so it is brand new and unused.

I want to replace it with one or possibly two pilot seats for the third row, reason being that I slide in surfboards and stuff between the seats but can't take enough passengers in the 4-seater arrangement.

Anyone interested in swopping a bench for pilots, perhaps you need the extra seating or a full length bed?

Hi Windsup, I had the similar reasons for my van setup. I have two kids so needed at least seating for four, but also wanted to keep the 'walk thru' ability from front to back. So i installed two singles as opposed to a rear bench (mid row). Still has plenty of room for tradie equipment in the back and also importantly my boards.

    Hi WambyMc,

That's great, glad to hear it works for sure. Trying to get a pair sorted out from another contact thanks to Multiplex Man.

Another bonus is the single seats don't weight 90kg when you need to remove them. I actually had to help my wife last time when I saw her stuggling
