Swapping Bucket Seat with Bench Seats,..?

Hi,.. Has anyone swapped from bucket seat to a bench seat in T5 LWB 2006 Transporter,..?
Any info would be great,.. a referal to someone in Vic would be even better,..!

Hi, It's easy to do - all the bolt holes are there for both types of front seats - but you may need a Mod Plate to keep it legal, cannot recommend the bench seat for long journeys - but you will gain a good storage box.

What about the Airbags,..? There is also a lot of wireing and a fuse bix under the passenger seat,..?

The models that come with the bench seat from the factory don't come with the side airbags, at least that was the case when I've ordered my T5 4Motion years ago. The Camden GTI could know what to do when you convert, but basically the seat swap/conversion should always be done by the qualified personal.
