...and it's quite a good life you got out of them. They're Monroe made in Belgium. I've replaced mine at 70,000km with the Pedders H/D shocks, much better than Monroes.
Hello gents,
I recently returned from a round trip to Sydney in my trusty 2006 T5. She ran like a bird, did 940km on 70 litres with the help of a tailwind on the way home!
Upon returning I have noticed oil leaking down both rear shocks and dripping onto the wheels. Pretty sure they are original equipment, mine has done about 140K. Safe bet the shocks are toast?
Suggestions for replacements most welcome.
Cheers,
Sherwy.

Cheers Transporter, you are a good man!
Any ideas on part numbers or prices?
Thanks

I don't know what the current price is, but it should be better than the Monroe and not just for the price.

Sounds more like age than kilometres.........unless you drive a lot on corrugated roads!
