Koni's are the go, from memory they are cheaper than the Bilsteins and more readily available. Vague guess is that they are around $700 for all 4. Give Toperformance here in Melbourne a call 03 9873 1722.
They are the Aust dist of Koni, and the guy that owns the business has a T4 Caravelle. They will ship Aust wide for you.

I have had both brands in previous cars that i have owned and found them very comparable, but the Koni wins on price alone. I am changing a set of rears in my other car this weekend, it currently has Bilsteins and i am fitting Koni reds. Quite a few of my friends in the trade use toperformance religiously for suspension set ups and have had no complaints, nor have i.
    Hope this helps.

David........I bought my Koni's through GT Suspension and I don't recall them being that expensive even for the front pair. Sure they were still quite pricey but not that much......bloody good shocks but.

Oh and while they were slightly more expensive at the time that the Bilsteins they were still cheaper than the Monroe or the OE Boge alternatives.

Another alternative that I haven't costed is the KYB range (usually a good product)....they do a version for the T4 called the Excel G Twin Gas 344261 front and 345900 in the rear http://www.kyb.com.au/index.php

I have the KYBs and they were about $250 the pair. They are fine, even in my low and loaded up van.
