Seat Covers for 9 seater T4 Transporter Kombi

Hi all, I've recently bought a 2004 T4 Transporter Kombi 9 seater and would like to cover the last 10 years of wear and tear on the seats with some new covers. Anyone have suggestions as to where I could buy a suitable pack of covers? I've taken out the side door seat so it's an 8 seater at present but this shouldn't matter if there's a set available. Thanks Chris

I found some results on the UK ebay:
VW T5 Transporter Kombi 2003 2009 Grey Tailored Rear Single Double Seat Covers | eBay

VW T5 Transporter Kombi 2003 2009 Rear 3 Seat Bench Grey Tailored Seat Cover | eBay
Might be practical but talk about ugly ..... they remind me of the those embarassing backless robes that they make you wear in hospital!

Do you have a budget or need the covers urgently?

Those are Black Duck Canvas Covers which will virtually outlast the vehicle...and they are only available for the front pair of seats plus the dual cab rear seat. They might seem pricey but they are far from cheap AutobarnSupercheap rubbish...

I had my set made for the dual cab by Candy Canvas back in 2002...since BD covers weren't available back then...and they are still going fine.

Hey all, thanks for your responses. No urgent need for them just keen to see what's available and the sort of price ranges I'd be looking at. Those tailored ones in the UK are a good price but not sure if they're going to look any better than what I've currently got! Will keep looking and see if any of the generic type van packs will fit my seats. cheers

As a motor trimmer of 40 years experience I can pretty well say that there might be some off the shelf stuff for the front seats but not so for the rears . Most "seat covers "are just generic and can look bloody awful . Budget may dictate what you do but a motor trimmer would give you the best result . The vinyl sides and backs can be reused easily , then maybe you can just have new "inserts" done . check out my son's T4 interior scroll down to see inside shots .
