Removed cab light, now clicking under dash... HELP

Ok so tonight I fitted my RNS510 with bluetooth etc. It was all connected and working then I removed the cab light to fit the microphone (I'll admit a little force was used). I then reinstalled it, went to use the light and all that happened is a fast clicking sound started coming from the dash.

    What is this clicking sound?

And what could I have done to the centre light?

I'm really up the creek here. Thanks

finished up the installation of the reverse camera and started checking fuses... yup one gone. Changed it and she all works. Then when re-installing I realised I must have touched the terminal of the centre bulb while screwing it in making the short.

feeling dumb now. RNS is all solid though. Just gotta find my reverse wire and then get Transporter to code it

Ran through the fuse box with test ligh while the clicking was happening. If both or none of the fuse ends light up then all good. But if one end lights up and the other doesnt then u know she's blown

So you are a victim of my problem VW did not supply a fuse location chart which was in all the previous model T5's . I am fighting with VW at the moment about that issue .

I feel your pain Kordo makes no sense to me the T5 has been around for 9 years plus and they could not have made that many changes in the 2010 upgrade that would have made them not know which fuse go where . I have been onto VW about this just as an exercise because I believe the van should have the card , and if it was not available at time of release and their dealers know which fuse go where then VW should have sent every owner a fuse card as soon as the changes were made . The reply I got from VW was if I pay I can get the information from a website on the net , no thanks VW you will not get out of it that easily . And before anyone jumps on me about this being petty its the principal I am fighting for , its bad enough VW do this nonsense and then to find that as others have that VW also short changed us on features and parts that had been standard on all previous models . Just to enlighten both our previous T5's both base models had engine sump guards ,both had side of seat bases pockets , both had full coverage side trims , both had full under floor covers ,and both had fuse layout cards , there are probably some others as well but it gives you an indication . Reduce features but increase price and that's also at the time the Aussie dollar was at record highs against most currencies , so who was greedy VW or their Aussie arm .
