Rear wheel alignment why you should check .

Okay today I wake up to no electricity [power lines down ] then go to load the van for todays job and damn flat tyre and its raining . So I pump it up with onboard compressor as it had gone down slightly last week so I just thought it was a slow leak . Twenty minutes later its flat again , so pull off the wheel and fit the spare and this is what I found . Apparently according to the tyre guys the rear wheel was way out of alignment , probably due to the runaway incident late last year when it mounted the footpath on its downhill path of destruction . And yes it was like this all the way around the inside , out of sight as it seems .

Hope you got out of that for not too many dollars. Was the other side the same? It surprised me when I put mine in for it's first replacement tyres and found I needed a rear alignment too.

Full wheel alignments are around $50, don't stress too much

I was charged somewhere from $75-$100 a couple of years back.
After what I've spent on the front axle recently - wheel alignments are small change now
I was trying to say that before having my T5 it had never occurred to me that you would nee a rear wheel alignment.
But that picture certainly shows the consequences.

I use Keith 4 Wheels here in Brisbane they have looked after our vans for over 12 years so they know them pretty good , yes ours was the left rear as well and they can be adjusted .
