Options on lowering T5 ?

Hello All... New to the hub. I have done a search to lowering the T5 but havent found anything recent or fruitful. I was hoping someone had gone through the process, and can enlighten me. Thanks

Haven’t gone through the process myself but I have been looking into it.

There is a lot of information on the UK forums on lowering, try http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/ for one.

I’m interested in the H&R lowering springs for mine, they drop the ride height by 40mm and of interest to me was the fact they make a set specifically for 4motion models. http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pag...sub_category=1

Most replacement springs seem to be about 30-40mm lower, if you want lower than that you might have to look at coilovers and big $$$$.

From what i have read it also depends on the engine.

The weight makes a differance.

Also as you have said the 2 or 4 wheels drive makes a differance.
