Noise between windshield and dash

Hey all,

Has anyone ever had this issue before, something has slid down (card/parking ticket/something thin) between my windshield and the dash and is vibrating in some situations making a very very very annoying noise.
Has anyone had any luck getting to this part of the car and removing said annoying item?

Have you got access to an air compressor and a air blower attachment? If so, try and blow some air down in that area and dislodge the object....if you are lucky it might fall all the way down to the footwell.
