New Multivan - should it have 2 keys?

    Hi all,

Just brought home the Multivan on Saturday - new to us, but dealer demo. We were given one full key with all remote functions and then one skelton key. Is this right? When we got our Bora (ages ago) we got to full function keys and then a plastic mold to recreate a key if needed.

    Just seems a bit cheap.

    Thanks,
    A

You should have been given to 2 x full remote keys and 1 x skeleton...

I'm not sure about the skeleton key, but you should get 2 full keys.

2 full keys and a skeleton key should come with new vans.

Thanks everyone. Your answers gave me a much stronger position to ask the dealer to come up with a second key. Sure enough, they dug a bit harder and found it and are sending it out.
Hubby negotiated really well for the van and I think the dealer is feeling a bit grumpy!
