The pin to lock the hitch in is as simple as putting your under the bumper to see what your doing but the extra height and and not having all that bulk at the back of my car as defiantly worth kneeling down for. I had an engineer look at it and he didn't want anything to do with it, wollongong needs a new auto engineer. If the unthinkable does happen I guess i'll deal with it if it comes up.

I was going to cut the pipe off but it was still lower than I wanted, and I think what I came up with was alot better plus I got to send it back and put the cash back in my pocket.

I should have kept the templates and pumped a few out. I didnt think it was going to turn out as good as it did.

The rear door clears the ball by 10mm, cannot open it with a trailer on and thats the only down side.

My BBQ and fridge, light in rear door that I fitted it runs off the aux battery.
Can anyone tell me why the rear door on my transperter is not earthed? Found it a bit odd

A photo of the drawer runners found at an online hardware shop, not cheap but exactly what I wanted and good for 150kg at full extention.

Spring loaded pad bolts work very well as drawer locks

Tell you what, I love your work. Good idea with the water tanks. I just used to carry a drum. My towbar was the factory one under the rear bar and I never had issues with clearance to the ground. I also had wing doors so I could open mine with even the boat on.

When I ordered my tow bar I was expecting to get one like the factory units the one I bought was rated for 2.5 tonnes what are the factory ones rated at? Must remember to ask more questions
