    Multivan shaking issue

    Hello members.

I have an issue with my nearly 10 years old multivan .

I would like to know if anyone experienced with a multivan some shaking, when the speed is reaching 90k/h up to more or less 105. like the wheel wasn't tighten, or loose.
It starts by light shake then increases as you speed.
Yesterday, it started at 70k/h. But not as shaky.
The issue is very inconsistent. Sometimes, it happens . Sometimes nothing happens.
Tried to drive on a different road, up hill, downhill.

I thought it might have been the driving shaft or transmission. But the fact it's not all the time. That's what worries me

    Has anyone an idea?

    Thank you for your respond.

What have you checked to see what it is Tyres out of round, wheel nuts or hub loose. Driveshaft universals, Ball joints stuffed, Steering rod ends.

How many k's has it done and is it serviced on time.

If it seems to happen at certain speeds, I'd get all my wheels balanced at a tyre shop to rule out that possibility, if no change then drive shafts need a good look over...

Yep, if its speed related get tyres checked as a start.

Bubbles in tread, missing wheel weights, etc could be lots of stuff
Have you driven on muddy roads recently? Could be mud inside the rear of the rim.

    Manual/ auto?
What happens if you take it out of gear (safely) at say 100kmh?
